Online Reservations

Must be at least 18 years of age to reserve or check into a room, all guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

No pets are allowed except those assisting guests.

Deposit Policy: The Wilderness Hotel & Golf Resort is an advance deposit hotel. To guarantee your reservation, we require the first night's lodging and tax to be billed to a major credit card at the time of reservation, the same credit card must be presented along with valid photo ID at time of check-in.

Rentals of our Vacation Villas, Frontier or Glacier Canyon Condominiums and Golf Course or Retreat Cabins may require an additional security deposit of not less than $1,000.00 at check-in to cover any damage to and or loss of Wilderness Territory property. In instances when units are rented for non-family activities a deposit of up to $3,000.00 per unit may be required. Debit Cards cannot be used for the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

FOR WILDERNESS RESORT HOTEL ROOMS & GLACIER CANYON LODGE UNITS - If you choose to cancel your reservation for any reason anytime between now and 72 hours prior to 4:00pm on the date of your arrival, there will be a $20 processing fee. If you cancel within 72 hours of arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited. However, you may change the dates of your stay without any fee but we cannot guarantee the same rate and same room availability.

FOR VILLAS, CABINS, FRONTIER CONDOS & WILDERNESS ON THE LAKE CONDOS -  If you choose to cancel your reservation for any reason anytime between now and 14 days prior to 4:00pm on the date of your arrival, there will be a $30 processing fee. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited. However, you may change the dates of your stay without any fee but we cannot guarantee the same rate and same room availability.

Check-in/Check-out times: Since the Wilderness has lots of great amenities, we thought we'd give you more time to enjoy it. That's why we welcome you to pre-register with us at anytime, the day of your reservation, and begin your day of fun. While your enjoying all the wet & dry play features we'll be getting your room ready.
Check-in time begins after 4:00pm. Check-out time is at 11:00am, however, after you check-out you may continue to use the water parks all day.

Rates are subject to change. After the completion of your reservation your rate will be guaranteed for your stay.
